Terms & Conditions

By agreeing with a funnel project through SmartFunnel, you ("Client") acknowledge and accept the following terms and conditions.

Scope of Work

SmartFunnel agrees to plan, design, and develop a custom sales funnel tailored to your business objectives. Deliverables typically include:

Funnel strategy session(s)
Wireframes and layout design
Page setup (Opt-in, thank you, sales, booking, etc.)
Copy or implementation setup (if part of the package)

Any additional features or revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

Provide all necessary content (images, branding, copy, logos, etc.) in a timely manner
Approve deliverables or provide feedback within agreed timelines
Ensure access to any necessary accounts (GoHighLevel, email marketing platforms, etc.)

Delays in communications or missing materials may extend the project timeline.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in the invoice or proposal shared
Projects may require a deposit (usually 50%) before work begins
Remaining balance is due upon completion or within [X] days of project start (as per agreement)
Late payments may result in project pauses or additional fees

Revisions & Feedback

The package includes [X] rounds of revisions (usually 1–2) for each funnel page or asset. Additional revisions will be billed separately at the current hourly rate.

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client will own the completed funnel design and content created specifically for the project. SmartFunnel retains the right to showcase elements of the project in its portfolio or marketing unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the nature of digital work, all payments made are non-refundable. If the Client cancels the project after work has begun, the Client will still be responsible for payment proportional to the work completed.

Liability

SmartFunnel is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the funnel, nor does it guarantee any specific financial results. Performance will vary depending on audience, offer, traffic quality, and other factors outside SmartFunnel's control.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the project.

Agreement

By proceeding with the funnel project, the Client confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
